We suggest at the first instance that you contact your Medical Defense Society or Malpractice Insurance Carrier. We can not give you legal advice. We can however offer neutral, and totally confidential support which is free to fellow medical professionals.

 

We are with the Medical Protection Society (MPS)  and we recommend you go there too, if you are not there already!!
